HI All/KarimDL hit it on the dot, Cincinnati crime is high I grew up there and when to Univ. of Cincinnati, it's ridiculous, there's no jail, cops don't care, before I graduated I did charity work in Over-the-Rhine i almost got shot back in 2000.
