@Benjamin J Paoletti some years back I had so many issues with tenant "junk", it got so out of hand that I had so much dumpster service for such I had the dumpster companies calling me fighting to gain the account, a sign things were going very not good.

If you are not using a property management software with full capabilities, like adding accounts, reconciling bank and cc accounts, making online vendor payments, and reviewing reports for each property: Profit Loss and Balance Sheet; then look into QuickBooks, Xero, and Zoho to start with.
