Workers in Augusta were throwing our neighbor’s trash in a dumpster we provided–at no cost–so we could have a fighting chance of selling our renovated house in the future.

I couldn't imagine having to try and fight a chargeback to prove to the tenant's bank that they really owed me the money.

If I have an amazing case with law and facts and large damages, maybe a wrongful death or negligence etc, but no assets or method to actually realize an award, and the insurance is limited or will be another expensive fight, that case gets passed up on for a easier case to collect on.

Waking up early every day, fighting traffic, dealing with my bosses and managers, sitting at my computer all day, knowing this will be my life for the next 30+ years at a place I dread coming to but knowing there is another way through real estate investing is what keeps me motivated.

For example, even if you're a bard, you want to have *some* fighting ability so you don't get trampled when the enemy rolls a natural 20 against you.
