Then all the better for the deal.I have done a couple of these arrangements as a contractor, But I got my monies (equity) when it closed, you would need to talk to an tax accountant on sellers position with Taxes ect.You could draw up an agreement stating everything you stated, date it, and all party's to sign.Make sure it has due dates, penalties if extended ,etc.

There is a moratorium in effect until March 31st, 2021 (& likely will be extended) on raising rent, evictions, charging late fees.

Most of my life was spent living in apartments, this extended well into my adulthood.Cool breezes and the sounds of nature have a way of helping you get comfortable and even fall asleep, but living on the first floor I always felt just a wee bit too uncomfortable to leave my windows or patio door open & unattended—perhaps growing up in the hood and my line of work wouldn’t let me.
