I have 3 SFRs in mid-west and acquired a 9-unit in Dec'17 as well as closing on a duplex this month.I am building relationship with some lenders as well as investors and they are always looking for brief history as well as bio @ my RE experience as well as expertise.

I’m definitely looking to meet others who are more seasoned and have experience in this sector.

In the meantime, does anyone have connections to a wholesaler or a way to find multi-family properties in the Dallas area, I think it's time I seek professional guidance and expertise in this area. 

Any advice on which sector or demographic currently have the most opportunity?

I don't know how confident I would be in my abilities with a license and for now plan to rely on the expertise of more seasoned agents.
