MLS property online alerts - which site do you use?
30 June 2013 | 4 replies
I like FloridaMoves mostly because it allows for custom search by zip codes, so if there is a specific neighborhood I am interested in, I can use zip codes and ask for alerts when a property within my strike price range etc...are available.I request a daily email compiling all for that day, and look through it once a day. What I am curious is for those who do not have direct access to it, what site do you use to be kept on the changes to MLS?

SaaS software to self manage a handful of properties?
17 June 2013 | 2 replies
I have been using easy rental tools, which I really like, but it does't have this upload capability.I only have a handful of properties, so the more enterprise ones are much more than I need.

Very interesting. This Forbes article from last week says that because we fell so far, the gains thus we've seen are sustainable, and in fact says we're still undervalued: http://www.forbes.com/sites/morganbrennan/2013/06/13/the-most-overvalued-and-undervalued-housing-markets-in-the-u-s/Take it with a grain of salt, of course. It's certainly interesting to watch, and a very hot market.
