Just tired and bored of the 10+ year old design and colors.

Two ideas I had: - Designate an area for tenants to park their cars, and block off the front from parking using landscaping and/or building out a porch seating area of some sort. - Cover the block exterior with a more attractive (and less prison-like) exterior.

Technician also took pictures of the final install of the Air Handler.Two month later, when the leak happened, technician was dispatched and he noticed that the drain line was backed up and the float safety switch was engaged.

I make a good salary as an architect designing large apartment complexes for national developers. 

In looking at their pictures, I see hardwood floors, or designer touches, tile in the kitchen, etc. 

Is there a program free or paid on kitchen or bathroom design base on sq footage?

We are looking into engaging with a seller that is know to the family.

I also know they have talked to Riverside City officials and they were very supportive of the units and were looking at similar city code for ADU's as other cities have adopted that would make the approval process pretty quick and easy for these units, since they are prefab the plans don't change on the design it's only a matter of approving the location of the site you wish to place the unit on.
