If you mean that you are unsure whether the market can sustain it though, I'd encourage you to diligence the market by looking at comps, talking to agents and reading up on the demographics and key employers.

Maybe that’s a possible exit strategy but not for me anytime soon.I encourage you to develop a roadmap and plot out how you want to be involved in real estate over time. — Tony

Short sale is being allowed and encouraged by administrator because in many cases the short sale process can  be quicker than that of foreclosure.

That’s why I jump in on PM threads to encourage investors to move quickly before issues get worse.
