I've had countless conversations with heirs who spent a long time trying to figure out how to make money off of land or buildings, but without experience, and never got anywhere a year later.

While I was trying to be clear about not having any experience with you, I don't know if many people understand the fund of funds or co-sponsor structures and if/how they bring any value.  

@Jesse Kerr the disconnect, in our opinion, is doing everything yourself and keeping it in your head VERSUS a good PMC having to document everything and communicate it effectively to all parties.As the owner, you can make immediate decisions, saving LOTS of time!

I rather not speak poorly about a company in the public forum, I'll DM you and maybe you can let me know if you've heard of them or had any bad experiences. 

I'd love to know someones experience. 

I have over a decade experience managing my own short/medium/long term rentals.That being said, I'm not really sure where to start in managing other's properties (I may be overthinking this quite a bit).   

I just don't see me sifting through leases and figuring out move in/out dates as a good use of my time.Perhaps I will just send an email to each PM requesting the current vacancy rate,  and their associated units along with the rest of my monthly reports.Thanks to anyone that wants to share their experience in this tracking.Cheers.

I would also suggest you reach out to someone who has experience in the BRRR method of investing.

Based on this recent experience, I have lost all the faith on these types of rent collections platforms..
