I am a competitive bodybuilder and I am here looking to further my education about Real Estate investing with hopes of doing some deals in the future.

We had our property preservation company go out to change the locks after we conferred with our Attorneys that part of the mortgage allows us to maintain the property if the homeowner lets it fall into disrepair. 

Checking out Bigger Pockets to educate myself and hopefully find an answer to my question. 

I am just trying to get my head around the ideas so when I approach a RE lawyer I will feel more educated and be more efficient with my time.  

I've heard (and what I really need to do is get a lawyer to help out) that I can be partly liable for any major changes to the condo- beyond my monthly fees. 

I know I need to make some changes I'm focusing more on how to help investors, how to help people achieve their dream of retiring.
