I keep seeing articles all over the internet discussing upcoming changes and my banker tells me that "the rules are always changing" but I am curious to find a location or two that I can find what changes are coming without having to go through all of the legislation line by line.I guess I am looking for an expert site to help interpret upcoming legislation but not water it down for the masses like CNN, Fox, or CNBC.Thanks!

Goes to show how 1) the perception of Detroit and it's surroundings are so skewed to the outsider and 2) how both economically and ethically segregated metro Detroit is.

Seriously, how many small residential investors will be at the highway department this week investigating this matter as to the economic influences to property values or how many residential Realtors will be there?

I would have assumed a cyclical marke is one that is more subject to price volatility due to market/economic cycles.

I have actually heard about people favoring a home that had 8 in the address over a clearly nicer place that didn't and maybe had a bad number (which I do not recall what those are) in it.Not an expert at all in Chinese culture so I might have the some of the details wrong.

I deferred to the expert (Jerry Puckett) so I wouldn't over-think it.I have gotten quite a few calls, no deals yet, but considering the amount of calls I am getting, I am confident that a deal is just around the corner.I am also of the mind that you have to do what works for you.....I have read so many things on how to handle the calls, so I have just taken bits and pieces of advice and made it my own.

We get this in commercial when someone wants to keep reviving a property to it's former glory but the economical and fiscal answer is to tear it down and build new.
