You can pick up a RSMeans book and get pretty good pricing.But generally $1.25 to $1.50 should cover labor and materials.If your piecing out the Hanging of the drywall only you should pay .25 to .30 cents.Production rates are lower but chance are you won't be able to pay that.

Strictly speaking the promissory note is just the piece of paper, but "note" is very often used to mean the loan itself and not just the paper.For Bob, this note is a liability.
