If the escrow company chooses you, they'll reach out to you, e-mail you the paperwork, and explain any special instructions (fax/scan back, ship via FedEx, etc.).In my area (Jackson County), appointments through Snapdocs are sporadic.

The way the expenses(related to unreimbursed expenses related to the Partnership) are claimed  is via Schedule E if partnership agreement expects you to treat you that way.

I **think** (but am not 100% certain) that if you had two loans with the same term but different rates, that you could get the correct answer by using the weighted average cost of debt and leaving the number of compounding periods unchanged.I'm not sure how to structure the calculation if both rate and term are different.
