Get going on my dream / finding a home for my family and i in the meantime How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I'm hoping to have 30 or so within the next 5 years ( likely a farfecthed goal but hey, dream big right?

If we could purchase a multifamily property with a few rental properties as well as flip properies as a couple applying our experience we acquired over the years that would be our dream. 

It's sad to see anyones dreams being crushed based on things not unfolding the way they envisioned.

I work a W2 job and my dream/goal is to be able to transition out of this job soon and pursue RE investing on a more full time basis.The cashflow dynamics on our existing properties leave a lot to be desired.

The thing is, damn near everyone talks about all these pie in the sky dreams of what they truly intend to do in real estate on that initial call.

Congratulations - it sounds like you are methodically pursuing your real estate dreams.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to secure my dream house hack deal but it's in the pipeline!

The problem with your blanket statements of "tons of case studies" is that case studies hold no weight under law.

I, like the resteraunt, leave it upon people to utelize their head for more than a neck weight and exercise common sense.
