Do you know of any groups that meet up our direction?

I have been thinking of investing in multi-family syndications as a way of moving away from active direct investments into more passive investments to simplify life.I found this article in the link below very interesting.....I especially like the last line.... 

I have a bunch of different contractors I can call (some licensed, some not), and pricing is mostly about how much they will charge you for labor.

If the contractor is quoting you $75/sqft you can do it yourself for $40 by hiring subs directly.

I know we haven't got it solved, but maybe it moves you in the right direction :-)

I started driving for dollars with deal finder app, have website/social media/seo in the works, and am looking into other motivated buyer lead sources for direct mail.  

Any help on navigating this or something that at least points me in the general direction would be greatly appreciated.

I would direct you on specifics depending what are your major concerns; access to schools, work, equity etc.. 200K is a good average.
