But as for real estate I've been marking for about 2 months now and don't have a contract yet but many leads, I'm also learning that you can't focus solely on one niche strategy I have to know multiples strategies in order to take advantage of every lead and do my best to solve everyone problem.

I'd say too that gurus, mentors or coaches take an "instructional" view of "let me tell you how this is done" not "how can this best be done" requiring a student to utilize certain principles within a set of rules and then apply that to problem solving.....that's teaching.Before you can get to the thought provoking aspects of learning, there is the foundation that must be understood, that goes to anything in technical and professional fields of business.
