a rule of thumb is...states that have high property tax will have lower sale priceand states that have lower property tax will see higher sale price. texas in general have higher property tax than other states...the best way is to check the local newspaper...i alway tend to pick on up and check the local market in that city. the newspaper is a good source many don't use...thankssunsmicro

The stories about newspaper articles, general public explanations/psychology on huge short terms run-ups, highs in consumer/investor confidence are eerily parallel to what is happening again right now, and what happened in 2009 (stocks), 2007 (RE), 2000 (stocks), early 90's (RE), 80's, and so forth going back to the 1800's in terms of bubbles bursting.

If I really wanted something done fast I could order title at 8am and have a full title commitment by 4pm that day and close the next.. our title plants are all digital and each title and escrow company has a plant in the respective counties.. we get GREAT title and escrow service here.. and its UBER competitive.. do you ever have your title rep come over with gifts and take you to lunch.. ????
