Be patient and consistent.  

Lots of opportunity here if you are smart and patient.

I'm patiently waiting for my court date on Oct 20.

All I can say is be patient, prudent with your due diligence and cautious in trusting.  

I am not sure that there are necessarily agents that are "specialists" in working with out of area investors, but there are definitely people here who are patient and honest and for me that is a great mix for a buyer buying wanting to do things himself from a long way.If you want the recommendations, fire me a pm and I will share with you a few to get started calling.

Even with low inventory here in DFW, I don't see you having too much difficulty finding a home,  You will just need to be a little patient and expect to be in multi-bid situations.  

I guess I have to be more patient.

Be prepared to compete with all cash, quick closing strong buyers.I suggest you work with patient realtors.

Finally, be patient, be ready to throw 100 deals in the trash before you find and close your first one.

I don't add in fluff, I just think that's how much it takes to adequately explain the topics at hand.My number two piece of advice is: be patient and persistent.
