And find wholeslaers that actually know what they are doing.When in Fact if many of these folks would not be swayed by what they read on BP and from Guru's that wholesaling is the way to get started in RE.. and they actually went out and got some Real education on the matter  maybe get a RE license  which cost less than start up cost for most wholesalers they might actually create a career for themselves.Very true its not that easy takes a lot of hard work and dedication.

But beware, they sometimes weed out non-owner customers also, waste of contractors time, most of the time.

I was torn between the whole "they are my customer so I need to keep them happy" and "they are adults and should resolve this on their own" issue.
