I am going for a site visit this week and am wondering what other questions or info would be important to have or find out.

A newly renovated vs a dated but well kept property vs Dated with deferred maintenance would all figure into the value. 

Wouldn't the prior leases no longer be valid once the property has changed hands, regardless of how long until their former renewal date or the stated duration of the old lease?

I fully intend to rent out several of the rooms, possibly in a Short Term situation through AirBnB type sites, some rooms to what I hope to be my daughters college friends that have Mom & Dad to foot the bill for them :) Aside from that using a small MultiFamily is a great idea as well as even doing a live in fix and flip, these are all ways to house hack and unless you just can't stomach having "roommates" or living next door to your tenants then I just can't see a downside. 

A lot of software will perform market syndication, which means that once you create your listing you can market it on major listing sites like Zumper.com, Rent.com, etc. with one click.

I don’t feel comfortable using the sites on google, when I search for hard money.

You need t give the a notice to do a preliminary walk through two weeks before the surrender date.
