I have found a smoking deal on a turn key rental property.

Be sure to incorporate what you might find into your screening selection process, such as being a slob, damage to unit, non-working smoke detectors so that you are objective, unbiased, and not discriminating.  

You could check to see if the smoke detectors are working and just have a general look around.  

She was even just caught  smoking marijuana in the unit the other day and then tried to say it was legal in Illinois.

Do you have smoke detectors and  carbon monoxide detectors in the units?  

This is the most efficient way to smoke out interested sellers.

You could dark stain the hand rail to set it off a bit.
