Any recommendations for banks with low fees/complicated setups (setting up a Wells business bank account was basically hell) etc?

As long as each parcel meets minimum zoning requirements (size, set backs, electric/water, etc.) then it's not a terrible way to do it. 

I am looking for a  colorado lawyer who has a strong understanding of real estate investing and can advise me in entity creation / set up for our various businesses and pieces of real estate.

So once( and if) small claims court rules in my favor, I will contact their employers and set up a pay garnishment and have the money deducted on the monthly basis.

@George DempsterBanks look at the guidelines set by fannie/freddie for their underwriting.From what I remember - I think Fannie/Freddie were okay with 660/680 credit scores for a conventional mortgage.You may want to connect with a lender to see how much you can qualify to borrow.

We were set to close initially on November 15th, but during attorney review i discovered the current leases end Feb 28th in one unit and April 30th in the other two.
