A good Agent is what you really need.they actually get out in the field and look at your property.. attorney just sits in their office and rights a contract  LOL... not that you can't go that route.. lol my experience is most real estate agents are just out to make their commission (and I would too as that's how I get paid) & make a sale. and to not use an attorney, well, I wouldn't advise that no matter what the local customs are.

Some get upset, some make assumptions as to why but I simply inform them it is not my policy to divulge my reasoning and hang up.I am not obligated to tell people why their personal life situation is so pathetic that they do not qualify to rent from me but they probably know.....

Original single pane windows with hardwood frames and custom wooden storms outfitted with spring bronze are equally as efficient as double pane vinyl inserts and completely worth saving because they will last 200 years instead of 20.
