Point is, when I started off in business I didn't really understand business, that's where you are in your early years, not only do you not understand real estate, you don't understand business practices, laws, regulations, what can be deceptive practices, advertising issues or serious issues like fraud, torts, and criminal acts.

Wow so she admitted to you collusion and fraud with the appraiser that the appraisal can be FIXED if needed to make the sale happen.I am sure a buyer would not want to overpay for a property neither would a lender want to make a loan based off of a fraudulent appraisal.It's people like this that give the industry a bad name.If this broker/agent is indeed doing this they should lose their license and face criminal conviction.

You just can’t use it to misrepresent yourself as a broker.Jeff,  there was a guy in Denver i believe that sold this kind of program kind of pre GFC.. he got hammered by the AG  and I beleive maybe even criminal.. but it was the same thing drop a bunch of craigs list adds..
