Since the commission is much less maybe the agent doesn't take professional photos of your home and uses his iphone pics so the ads look like crap.

You said you want to house hack a multifamily 2-4 unit building.Second question I would ask you biased off that knowledge, would you be willing to handle a 2-4 unit building that needs work and looks like crap or a value add(adding extra unit/bedroom/bathroom)?

I was just floating the question to see if It was a random thing or if it's typical especially on the str forum.I have gotten  private messages stating both but primarily seeing if this was something I wanted to stay a part of.i have zero issues with tough responses, it's how I have grown and become successful. its the responses that treat people like crap when they get a tough response from someone that was treated like crap. there are a lot of good people on here but there are a few that act like they own the forum along with their ego lol.at any rate, thank you for responding.

I did not need to sell either.. but I thought crap the market simply cant go any higher.I owned 200 plus homes in Jackson MS  not quite the same experience.. :( those 200 homes would not be worth ONE of my Palo Alto homes. 

Probably 90% of contractors are either ok or crap.

If you want to get into the details of the ignition point for the 08-09 crash it was the rating system of CDO's, rating A when they were packed to the gills with just crap, literally ticking time bombs.

Look at us, we have a population that is in poor health with every 2nd person presently or soon diabetic, wide spread poverty, a level of crime and gun violence like no other country on earth, we managed to make education FOR-profit leading to massive student debt and universities being richer than small countries, if you travel a bit you can see that our infrastructure is worse than some of the ******** countries we look down on, our health care system is F'd up beyond believe, our food is one of the unhealthiest in the world, we are consuming ressources at a level that nobody can match, we are addicted to buying cheap crap nobody needs, have a dispose everything mentality, meanwhile our population is less happy than most of our peer countries.We just got back from visiting my family in Europe and after we landed at OHare and sat in a dirty, beat up shutte bus getting us to the parking lot over a cracked concrete road, garbage on the side of the road, power lines hanging everywhere, my US born wife shook her head said: I can't believe how run down and ****** everything is here..The US is a fantastic country and I have chosen to live here for a good reason, but we really need to get our head of our you know what and start thinking about where we want to be a few decades. 

Removing the "real estate loopholes" is one of his stated high priorities, so nice to know we are on his crap list, haha.
