Have them shadow you consistently and check in with them.I recommend not delegating a task until you are 100% successful at the task yourself.

It is untenable for Private Companies to make a profit without buying another company that is leaving Florida and then declare Bankruptcy to Steal the companies leftover funds.

One bad decision can kill the profitability of a unit for years.What happens when someone needs to be there for a rental inspection, or for the utility company to inspect a meter - do you go yourself?

After you pay out a few thousand dollars you will have a crew of people working to find you deals that you only have to pay if they are successful.
