Through the majority of podcasts I've listened to and the books I've read have made a prominent point about learning REI vocabulary.As a new investor yet to make a purchase it would be a great asset in combination of learning from books and media that more experienced and adept investors would share thier knowledge of the vocabulary in REI, preferably in a list/linear format.

A combination of competition for properties, low refi appraisals, and fairly low refi LTV make extract of full investment very challenging (Most of our properties have all the investment extracted, but they got assists from market appreciation). 2) do not expect the BRRRR to help the cash flow significantly.
