I don't know what the building looks like or the square footage of exterior wall space, but a typical painter who works with investors could easily charge double that.But again, I haven't seen the building, and price will certainly vary depending on the specific contractor...

But during rain it leaks all around (not the filled cracks).The epoxy contractor said that my foundation has shattered in tiny pieces on the inside and that's why it's seeping from areas where there aren't cracks visible to the naked eye.i wish i saved the $1600 and put a 2k worth of patio to push the water away from the house. the cracks are on the west and south walls - worst walls.can provide pics, but that's pretty much it.any suggestions?

There is no evidence of termite infestation, but I will inspect and treat as necessary, then build a stem wall for that part of the foundation.All utilities are at the site.This is a large lot, the back of the lot is 30 yards away from a railroad.
