I'm looking to purchase a home, fix it up, and rent it out while I'm away at college.

I'm not as keen on the west side (College Park to Fulton Industrial) and Airport region unless we're talking commercial.

I also went to college, not that it is mandatory, and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.  

I had a broker license for about 30 years and I have been in the construction-related business for about 40 years since I was 17 years old including those college years.

Just like before this event, there are pockets all over the market where values or higher or lower and some of those pockets will be created or otherwise impacted by the degree of flooding that happened in each location.5)  Baton Rouge is in the path of progress.

In direct mail you can track KPIs and hone in on certain numbers to deliver consistent results, where as internet, you can to a certain degree if you're really advanced, but its not as easy to measure for the guy getting started.The quality from internet is good when they're good.
