Welcome to the world of Sub2's and Lease/Options......................we've got kool-aid but not a cool view like Jon's avatar..obtaining the title is easy, just get a general warranty deed and have it conveyed and notarized, if your curious what they look like then ask them for theirs and copy it with the exceptions of the names of course.
