Besides the BP forums, how can the major social media sites such as instagram, facebook, twitter, linkedin etc... be of use to a real estate professional or real estate investor?

I find that spending occasional time enjoying hobbies or social activities outside of doing Real Estate makes me feel relaxed and refreshed.

Thing is, our house was built in 1993, so someone had moved this stuff into the house (and cherished it).
