There just isn't much to choose from that's viable, unfortunately.After a very frustrating month of researching and visiting properties, our most interesting option is an off-market deal through family in a desirable location near the "Old Town" city center (an area filled with jobs and tourist attractions). 

For example:Offices.Retail – retail stores, shopping centers, shops.Industrial – warehouses, factories.Leisure – hotels, pubs, restaurants, cafes, sport facilities.Healthcare – medical centers, hospitals, nursing homes.The second step is to understand and to know the population and the economic activities of the area.

I want good properties with lifestyle amenities that are hear to stay (in unit washer and dryer hookups, pools if in south, fitness centers).  

Some of my photos include launches or the Space Center, and I have goofy write up material such as “There is a lot of activity at the Space Coast Launch Pad as we prepare for your arrival…” and I give directions on what to do upon “re-entry” such as take out the trash.
