There is a brand of dishwasher (can't remember which one) that sits up a little higher and has longer adjustable legs on the bottom for just this problem.I once had to replace a dishwasher in a house that had custom tile counters and a built up tile floor.

Im BRAND NEW to wholesaling so i anticipate making mistakes of my own thanks for owning and sharing yours!

I understand how it can go wrong and my first and foremost concern is with my brand...

hey all,I'm brand new to the real estate game and im entering as a wholesaler thanks to biggerpockets. 2 months ago one of my oldest friends introduced to me this website and im pretty sure its changed my life. 2 months of reading the posts and listening to the podcasts I have been inspired. 2 weeks ago I got some busines cards, car magnets and pens with my phone number with a simple message "we buy houses".

The dremel or some other brand will hold up better, but the harbor freight version is $19 on sale.The things is that none of these will replace larger tools.
