I always tell people you're welcome to see it, and don't screen them out over the phone, or they get upset and file discrimination claims.And at the open houses, I always have a few completed applications in a folder, sometimes from showings a year before, so when they ask, I say I got a few people interested, but I'll won't pick the finalist till next week.
