The beauty of rehabs is that you as the investor get to fix and remove all these uglies and turn it into pretty, pretty is what buyers need to see!

Keep in mind, this is 3/4 of an acre in town limits which consists of a hill which over looks the town and has a beautiful mountainous view...However, it's wooded.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but claiming a master piece is created from a paint by numbers set isn't going to hold much value.  

Now that I have my 4 little green houses I'll be looking to trade up to my red hotel.  

I've visited parts of the city I used to be scared of only to find some of the nicest, friendliest people you'd ever want to meet as well as discovering more of the real beauty of the metro area.

However, for warm climates, Jacksonville, Fl would be on my list for consideration (I've got properties there already - and there is still a lot of on the ground opportunities) or Asheville, NC for its culture and beauty.
