When I take it over today I’m going to have to address this.

We finally found out the issue: when a user goes in to the program to obtain a rent estimate, they are able to input the address of the property and the number of beds to be offered.

Or if I just change my address to the new home and ask the tenants to give my mails from time to time, would that be ok? 

BGE has my phone number and email address, but the bills were being sent in paper form to the rental house.

Hey @Ben Feder First thing you would need to do is ensure there is a clause in your lease agreement that directly addresses this and places the responsibility of all utilities on the tenant.

With a LO you get a tenant with skin in the game ($9k option consideration in my case)  and a commission-free sale with no vacancy. 

*need to update voters registration, driver's license, address and so on once get the 4 plex. 

If your property is in City of Boston there should be a contact number in front of the building or in the main entry hall for a contact person to address these issues.
