I also had some property I had to find different carriers for as well as having them remove the roof from coverage and other lame games.

I just have 5 units and am doing other work to help pay the bills in addition to doing all the property management myself (upkeep, repairs, cleaning in between tenants, mowing, finding & interviewing tenants etc).   

Once the renovation was complete, I started searching for a property management company, as I don’t manage my own properties.

When you get larger, migrate to a property management software that automates these things.

My question to everyone in the forum is what kind of opportunities will that provide for real estate Investors in terms of single family homes and multifamily properties.

I am also a R/E investor as well with multiple properties and continuing to grow and scale.

I also have another long term rental property that is already paid off that worth around $170,000 max on Zillow now.

I have my property setup on AirBnB only right now. 

Gist of the situation is I am leveraging an existing property's equity to invest into a syndication, and formed a new LLC for the ladder.
