It has some interesting features in that in the past it appears to have been owned by a contractor - it has a four-wide driveway suitable for many large vehicles - 200 amp service - two outbuildings (including a large workshop with windows and a loft) - a large add-on family room to the original house - and a wrap around back porch - a large single bathroom with a jetted tub and a tile patio area at the side of the house.  

A total gut job, down to the studs with new doors and windows can be done for $50/ft2.

Then you can start looking at potential properties and "window shopping" while learning to run the numbers under the guidance of a pro who can double check them, and then pull the trigger when you're finally ready.Hope this information helps.

Nothing was going to be altered or changed from the house just replaced as you would a window or door, so my contractor did not draw any plans.
