Likely not in DC based upon those numbers.It sounds like you don't have an enforceable contract at this point... so start focusing on that.

They bugged out of WA state.

It works in most markets but not so much in CA or WA.

Maybe someone in Washington state.

They are up in western wa.

Overall I am pleased with what I found as this Washington market is pretty expensive, every other 4 bedroom was $40-60k more expensive so this was a great find.What's Next?
