The Sixers stadium can have the same impact on the Market Street corridor and last I checked, nobody has come up with a viable alternative for turning around Center City, particularly this area which is the most troubled. 

It is ok to not know but it's good you're on here in the forums trying to learn.

If you're a contractor a fixer might be better, if you're a marketer maybe an STR and so on.
