But i think you are correct - i am well versed in the stock market and have a majority of my money tied up there but gains are limited there as well and regulations (working as a banker) limit my upside and risk, so i am trying to find something be it SFH or as everyone on here is suggesting, MFH to build a portfolio so 10 to 15 years from now maybe i dont need to work 95 hours a weekIn light of your comments on time, I don't believe that REI, at least as it is practiced and preached here on BP (direct ownership of property), would be the best strategy for you.

I notice you mentioned the tenants seemed irritated via text, in my opinion these conversations go best in person (not always practical) and a phone call is better that a text.

I'm from Luzerne County, so I really cannot recommend an attorney for you, but I would think any attorney that lists real estate as part of their practice, could/should be able to file the necessary paperwork to get your LLC listed and legal.
