You’re right—commercial lenders are tightening up their guidelines, and it’s becoming harder to find 10% down on jumbo loans, especially with the current market conditions. 

Along with the condo fees come the amenities (gym, pickleball, boat docks, tennis, putting green, heated pool, etc.).  

Before I advertise it I need to clear up some confusion so I can start on the right path.

I have a mix use building in CT. the ground floor tenant is a bar/restaurant that recently moved in. they got a $2M General liability insurance and is asking if that's enough. or if they should get an umbrella. the property is valued at around $700k, fyi. where can i read up on best practices for such a case?
