So, going by the contract, they got one garage door opener instead of two, but I did give them all the window security bar wrenches, also not included in the contract.

It also cannot help you if you are on the road a lot.In this case I would recommend a small bar-like scanner and an internet-base fax service which you can use from any motel or hotel on the road.For those who don't travel much but depend on the device for their business, I'd say buy an old functioning device at a garage sale, Craig's list or whatever, pack it nicely and store it in your garage or your attic.

The bedrooms are fine though mightneed to buy some touchup paint once we take out some screws from the wall as they had a mirror in there.One car garage.
