People hord away secrets beleiving that if you keep them to yourselve others will not take your opportunities creating more for yourself.I beleive in free knowledge as their is plenty of business to go around and we can all be successful together so we may sit at the same dinner table at that particular expensive restaurant no one else has access to and enjoy the fruits of our labor an discuss how beautiful life is at the top!

My niche is buy and hold in a low income neighborhood targeted for revitalization, but slow going since also located in an economically depressed county.If you set up a BP meet-up (choose site/restaurant, publicize, see who shows up), I'd try really hard to attend... the one last summer in Portland was a great opportunity to talk shop.

Hi Lorenzo, I would've thought apartments or multi-family properties were residential but for tax purposes a certain number of units qualifies the building as a commercial property along with office buildings, retail, restaurants and industrial.
