Although I'm not out in Western MA, it seems to me I've gotten a few calls for financing of multis in Adams (this is not a solicitation for financing, I don't lend in Western MA) It may be more cost effective for you to buy and renovate, since I seem to remember the buildings were very inexpensive out there.

The loan rate is often higher than a conventional loan and often will take longer to complete.You also may be eligible for the SBA 7 equipment loan.Regardless like Adam F suggests you still want to make sure the numbers pencil.

We called a local pawn shop and they just said to call the police.Among the weird things they took/did not take:They took my 25 year old Craftsman hammer but left my wife's brand new Estwing hammer.They left my brand new table saw but took my 10 year old air compressor.Last night we tried to Gerry rig a temporary security system.

@Cameron Adams  yes you can buy the redemption rights from the owner its a huge part of the business these days.. most of the big buyers won't buy at auction unless they have bought the redemption rights.
