Corporations have been around for hundreds of years since the early era of European exploration and trade. 

Once you have a good feel for that you can explore options.  

I'm still researching the areas and am planning to head down for the weekend in a couple of weeks to explore.

If you cannot get a full approval from the buyers underwriting them I'd explore the other options.
