The commissions on money to get the buyers in the homes that they then sell to the banks is pretty close to what a real estate agents makes, and they also can get bonuses too.

I think relocation money would be nice and help ease the process...maybe offer to give them a portion of their deposit back early to use for their next deposit and offer a bonus for leaving a clean place behind, in addition to refunding the rest of their deposit.

The best bonus of house-hacking to me is the low entry point so with less leverage if the numbers work it should cash flow even better if you refinance down the line.
