Hi all,As mentioned above, I am based in Brisbane, Australia, but am striking out in the USA - the deals are just too good :)I have been in business for 10 years (business consulting, web design, online publishing), but have decided that real estate is how I want to build my wealth, so am here to learn :) I have just done some coaching with the Kiyosaki team, which has introduced me basically to USA RE, now for the real lessons!

I consult many real estate groups and I have used AdWords about twice... after a year of tweaking their site, writing articles for online publications (ezinearticles, helium), keeping a blog and posting on forums.The "if you build it, they will come" corny saying is completely true with web marketing.

try to work something out with her...hell, give her the deposit back so she can move on and so you can too..I would highly advise against doing this without consulting an attorney first.

You should consult with a good mortgage broker and see when you will be able to qualify and make sure any deal does not require you to refinance before that reasonable period need to get on track.
