Does anyone have any HOA language they've seen or examples out there in Texas where the HOA rules do permit renters to access and be able to reserve common areas, such as for a pool party?  I'm looking for an example ...

Eagle Lake no.. we had a family house on the Yuba river in Sierra city.. it was way cool.. 4 generations ago relatives were gold miners and built the home there.. our relative was the Sherriff of Sierra county longest reigning Sherriff in CA history over 50 years..

Are there any Real Estate Investment groups focused on upstate NY markets or more specifically Ulster County that meet downstate?

You can also access such lists through the county clerk in most cases as this kind of information is public record.
