It's seems clear he has a difficult time getting to and getting in & out of the bathtub, and some of our deferred maintenance included a leaky tub surround, presumably due to the strain placed on the tub by the large gentleman.Not entirely sure what is happening there in regards to his laundry/food situation but it seems clear he must be being enabled in some ways by his roomate.My friend is a compassionate guy, however I am concerned that the property value and quality of life of others in his building could be adversely affected by this tenants presence.

So he would explain to the low-paying tenants that their rent is clearly below market as evidenced by the other units.Just some food for thought.

at my college 2 or 3 years ago, living on campus was 3 or 4 grand a semester, and they had a mandatory meal plan for on campus students...basically around 15 grand a year was thrown away on crappy food that we hated eating (but did cuz we had to pay for it) and rent on a crappy dorm..that is how i bought my first house...it was cheaper to pay a mortgage and cook rice flavored with BBQ sauce!!
